    If you answered “yes” to these questions, we want to meet you! Resort Lifestyle Communities is now accepting applications for an Social and Digital Media Specialist to join our growing team.

    The Social and Digital Media Specialist should have experience and working knowledge in creating and maintaining Resort Lifestyle Communities’ presence on social media sites which include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, and blogs. The goal of this position is to help us increase the overall exposure of our retirement communities though search engine optimization (SEO) and by finding ways to use these keywords in marketing strategies employed. This position will also monitor emerging social media tools to see how they can be incorporated into our company's business, marketing and public relations strategies. This is a full time position working approximately 40 hours per week.


    Here's what makes this opportunity unique:                                                          

    • Perform data analysis and share insights gained from social media monitoring with the marketing team to uncover content needs and help evolve the social media strategy.
    • Develop and enhance social media content for our communities, and update social media pages as needed.
    • Track and document social media for RLC and our competitors.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of social media content.
    • Create monthly reports by using Google Analytics and social media analytics.
    • Post eNewsletters for our communities on our Website.
    • Assist with content and postings on our RLC and community Websites.   
    • Develop specialized digital marketing and social media strategies, as needed.
    • Investigate new social media trends.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Here is what we are looking for in the right candidate:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing or Applied Communication preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • High level of organization.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Solid experience with social media.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities.
    • Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting business.
