    We are currently accepting applications for an Architectural Technician to work in our Home Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in an architectural office. Duties will include assisting project architects and construction managers with the development of projects from design development through the construction document phases. Other job responsibilities may include code review, site plan development, 3-D renderings, and more.     Here’s what we are looking for in the right candidate:

    • Must have experience working with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
    • Able to prepare drawings, plans, and documents for statutory approvals.
    • A strong interest in architecture, mathematics, drawings and design, with an excellent eye for detail.
    • An analytical mind with strong problem-solving ability.
    • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
    • Experience working with multi-family construction projects is preferred but not necessary.
