If you answered “yes” to these questions, we want to meet you! Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is now looking for Couples with senior housing sales experience to join our pre-open sales team. Community Relations Managers will market and execute the sales process for new RLC communities before and after opening. The position involves relocating to different RLC markets across the country.
Utilize a planned sales strategy to gain maximum occupancy and revenue targets
Conduct sales calls, home visits and community tours with prospective residents and their families
Networking within the local community
Receive a competitive base salary plus bonuses and an excellent benefits package including a 401(k) plan
Ability to successfully communicate in a positive and enthusiastic manner
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
Bachelor’s degree preferred
