If you answered “yes” to these questions, we want to meet you! Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is now accepting applications for an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join our growing company. The AP Accountant is responsible for coding and entering invoices, credit card reconciliation and payment, vendor compliance, and other accounting duties as needed. The AP Accountant will work collaboratively with other members of the Accounting Department under the direction of the RLC Controller.

  • Assist with vendor compliance for the Home Office and Communities nationwide.
  • Work collectively with all RLC Home Office Staff and Community Managers to review invoice coding, enter invoices, and pay vendors timely.
  • Be open, honest and professional in communicating and working with all personnel of RLC and management staff of each community.
  • Creatively solve problems with minimal supervision.

Here's what we're looking for in the right candidate:

  • Bachelors’ degree in business and/or accounting or equivalent work experience in accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in accounts payable.
  • Experience with job costing preferred.
  • Must work in the Home Office in Lincoln, NE.
  • Proficient with computers and common software applications.
  • Able to learn quickly and work with little supervision.
