We are poised for significant growth in the senior housing industry in 2018 and beyond. We are now accepting applications for Site Superintendents who will work to ensure quality and timely completion of community construction projects in various states across the country. This is an active leadership role so extensive hands-on experience in all phases of the construction process is required. In addition to practical experience, a successful Site Superintendent has leadership experience in large scale commercial construction projects and displays excellent business judgment in order to make decisions quickly to keep the project moving forward. We are also looking for candidates with excellent communication and diplomatic skills along with the ability to handle and resolve conflict in a fair but firm manner.
