If you answered “yes” to these questions, we want to meet you! Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC)/Cameron General Contractors (CGC) is now accepting candidates for a Community and Investor Accountant to join our growing company. The Community and Investor Accountant is responsible for processing monthly rent roll, monthly financial statements; while also providing support to company managers in accounting and system work-flow. In addition, the Community and Investor Accountant will be responsible for verification, data entry, financial preparation and computation of period distributions for the investor group. The Community and Investor Accountant will work collaboratively with other members of the Accounting and Finance Department under the direction of the RLC/CGC Controller.

  • Maintain resident rent roll system.
  • Assist in investor accounting responsibilities including maintenance of capital accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Process monthly financial statements with an eye on detail and quality of output.
  • Be open, honest and professional in communicating and working with all personnel of CGC/RLC and management staff of each community.
  • Creatively solve problems with minimal supervision.

Here's what we're looking for in the right candidate:

  • Bachelors’ degree in business and/or accounting or equivalent work experience in accounting.
  • Must work in the Home Office in Lincoln, NE
  • Proficient with computers and common software applications.
  • Able to learn quickly and work with little supervision.
